Hello there, and welcome to SMF!

Are you trying to convert to SMF 2.0 ? In that case, you might be using the inappropriate converter files.
Please, use the attached ones.
To-do lists are for deferral. The more things you write down the later they're done... until you have 100s of lists of things you don't do.
