Galician Phrases Error

Phrases in the Galician theme pages use $Modsettings instead of $modSettings.

I located several instances in the following pages:
index.galician.php
Errors.galician.php
Help.galician.php

I believe those are the only pages, but I would recommend a developer double check my search.

I corrected them by find/replace as needed, and I believe it now is working. I have not fully tested this (I'm not sure how I would), and it is not my forum's primary language.

I hope this helps someone else with a similar problem.
