[Already Implemented] recent post hierarchy

Instead of the recent post thing where hot topics seemingly take over, why can't it just be a list of active topics ranked according to most recently posted.

This way when I choose to show the 10 most recent topics it doesn't come up as the 3 most recent topics that everyone keeps responding to but 10 completly different topics.

I guess it would be like each topic board but be on the main forum index for all the categories.

If you mean, SSI... it's been fixed... and greatly expanded.

If you mean the thing on the board index, I suppose it can... SHOULD be an option.
