Upgrade rc1.2 to RC2 with mods installed

Before I update what happens if i have mods installed? Do I have to remove them all?

Didnt see anything about mods in the update manual.

Since upgrading to RC2 can only be done like a full upgrade, meaning you need to overwrite almost all files in your SMF installation with the files from the upgrade package, all mods will get overwritten. You can reinstall them after, in case an up to date version is available.

Some people might prefer to uninstall mods before the upgrade. As you wish really, it's not a major thing, but you might save yourself some rather minor annoyances if you do uninstall them yourself indeed.
