Converting from IPB at different hosts

Is there any way to convert a IPB to SMF but from one host to another?
I have converted it at the same host and it worked fine
But I need to move SMF to another host

You'll have to move one or the other.  They have to be on the same server.

On host 1, I have my working IPB
I have installed SMF and imported data ok.

On host 2, I have an empty SMF installed.

Can I move the data from host 1 SMF to host 2 SMF?
How should I move the data? via PHP MyAdmin? (I don't know how...)
