I cannot install SMF 1.0.6 in 000webhost

Dear all SMF user , can you tell me how to install SMF 1.0.6 in 00webhost  ? I aleardy upload the SMF file , but , while i install the SMF installer says "server 000webhost  are not allowed to install SMF" . And can you help me to fix this problem ?? please

I use 000webhost as one of mine test sites and SMF installs fine.

May I ask you why you want to install SMF 1.0.6? That is a very outdated version. If you are starting "fresh" (i.e. it's a new forum) I'd suggest you to use SMF 2.0.2.
