MonthUser.zip open package fine.

Not exactly a bug though it certainly can be mitigated.

Reason: + is the space separator. Links probably should have urlencode run on them.

Yea, your right, i mean it was just some download manager i was using it was saving the files spaces with +'s so all packages with a space wasnt working when i put them in package manager, i assumed it was a char problem.

Well, it sort of is, because Package Manager doesn't ensure the link is re-encoded, so I'd argue that while it technically isn't a bug, it should be treated as one and fixed.

That said, it's been around since at least 1.1 and probably 1.0...
