Hope this is right Error Message SECURITY WARNING

the install went without incident evidently but we now have a warning that we need to remove "convert.php" and we are not sure of the method to do this and/or where to look to do this.  We have checked for any assistance to do this with our current host and they do not seem interested in assisting.  Is there some way you could tell us or direct us to the proper instructions?  i apologize if this is not posted in the correct area but we are new to this.

Just login to FTP or use a File Manager (if your control panel has one), and go into the folder with all your SMF files. There will be a convert.php file - just delete this.

It's just a standard file which can be deleted as normal; let us know more details regarding which bit you are having troubles with (E.g. how to access the files, where the files are located, any error messages you get etc)
