[Help] Converting...

Hey guys i just changed to SMF forum and before i changed to it i downloaded a my phpbb3 database. My question is how can i convert it to SMF? Cause ive read that i have to be on Phpbb to convert it and i really don't want to delete everything on Smf and put phpbb and convert it and then goo all the way back and install SMF really takes a longg time! Please help thankss:]
