arkadaşlar daha yeni kurdum sitemi ama türkçe karakterlerde sorun var utf-8i işarteledim ama olmadı bide tema attım admin paneli linki yok vebirde böyle bir uyarı veriyor nasıl çözebilirm bunları

daha yeni kurduysan tavsitem forumu silip tekrar kur ama utf8 olmadan kur. utf8 olarak yüklersen bazı modifikasyonları kabul etmeyebiliyor.

saol sildim ve 1.1.11 yükledim  ama türkçe desteği yok neyse
