how can i submit a full smf package foreign language?

as i understood that redistribution of smf is not allowed, i wanted to add a foreign language package to the downloads page (as full package, not as single language package. just like it has been done in the archived section..).

where is the upload form? or should i send it to some email?

Unless there is some huge benefit or reason, I would prefer not to do this on a per-language basis.

the thing is that i need to chagne the page direction and the charset on some non-skin or language related pages (ie, at the index and in the installation page).
I have not checked, but it could be that there are only few pages that need that modification. in any way, i need to change them, otherwise, the sotware looks very bad.

1.1 deals better with right-to-left, if that's what you mean.  But that's only an issue with the default theme.

And, yes, the installer doesn't yet support right-to-left, which should be changed by 1.1's release.
