I may have over looked something

About my support topic about after upgrading to 2.0 RC2 all my regular members can see the moderation center, even at 2.0 RC1.2 they can see it. Its just my custom theme has thrown them off on noticing (Hopefully).

Maybe this might help those who tried helping before.
