Installing Error

Okay so i have uploaded and made all files writtable which is fine, but when i type in my sql details and click proceed i am getting this error.

Cannot connect to the MySQL database server with the supplied data.

If you are not sure about what to type in, please contact your host.
Access denied for user '2506615_smf1'@'192.168.0.3' (using password: YES)

This is definetly the correct details that i am providing, but i am still getting this error.

try replacing the IP address with "localhost" (without the quotes)
