allow membergroup to assign display name

Hello.

I want to know if its possible to allow a forum member group, who are not admins, to change the display name of other forum members. (SMF v1.1.11)

eg a person is registered as "Joe", but appears on the forum as "Cool-Joe".
So essentially i want a member group to be able to change the name "Cool-Joe" to something else.

i have tried all that i can think of, but am still not able to do it. if someone could help that'd be much appreciated.

Nearest you can get, that I know of, is Admin>permissions.


"Moderate forum members".


It allows them to alter entire profiles, though.
