Pawan

Pawan

Just try to send a PM then you will no the problem

kat

It's not, but I found a way around it.

You have a problem.

The link for a PM should be as I typed, previously.

On your site, for some reason, its:

http://troubleshoot4free.com/fyp/pm/send/fyp-1/

Some code's been screwed, somewhere.

As I'm only a regular member, I can't see what mods you have. Could one of those have caused this to start happening?

smp420

I think its like that because he has search engine friendly urls on but I am not sure.

I was using a  CSS PM MOD but then removed it any solution to it.

Pawan

Yes May Be due to Search Engine Friendly mod but is there any solution.

kat

If you have no other mods installed, what I'd try, is this:

Download the SMF install package and dearchive it.

Upload everything in it, except for settings.php and install.php, overwriting what's there, now.

Trouble is, you have Google ads. Doing that could screw those.

You could always re-add those, I s'pose, though.

Pawan

But I dnt understand what Google Ads are Screwing should i stop them

smp420

Try turning off search engine friendly urls just to see if thats the problem.

Pawan

Thats the mod which i have installed but  i need this mod

kat

I don't know that it is.

I'm just trying to get your forum working, properly.

This link SHOULD send you to a new PM page.

http://troubleshoot4free.com/fyp/index.php?action=pm;sa=send

Instead. it redirects to here:

http://troubleshoot4free.com/fyp/pm/send/

Something, somewhere, has totally screwed some file(s).

That's a good call. It would at least narrow this down, a bit.

Thats already off its ust MOD working there.

There is an option in 2.0 RC2 for SEF urls anyways so you don't even need a mod for it but regardless turn it off or uninstall it temporarily just to see if that is the problem.
