Operation not permitted

hello to all


i have one problem.  when i try to delete any file from server or with ftp file not delete . and if i want change permission any file same like file permission is "655" but i need 755 not change i got it just this message

i don't understand how i fix this problem. please help thanks

File should be at 644, folders at either 755 or 777 depending on what your host allows.

If you still cannot delete a file on the server then it would be best to contact your host on this
