It is very possibly being caused by the SMF Topic Prefix Mod. I would recommend that you ask on that Mod's support topic, as I see someone else was, at one time, also getting the "Undefined index: prefix" error in their log.

LA-GUERRA, if you have access to phpmyadmin, we will need you to do this:
Run This query In phpMyAdmin (What is phpMyAdmin?)

Code Select Expand

REPLACE INTO smf_settings VALUES ('disableTemplateEval', 1);

Then look in the error log and it will show where the real problem is.

You are just missing those two files, which isn't really a heart attack. Just upload new ones of them. You can probably ask your host about them and ask if they can upload new ones.
