Membergroups after time..

Hello Everybody..
First of all i would like to say that my English ain't that good cause i come from Denmark..

Could anyone tell me if it is possible to make a code So that the users in my Membergroups doesn't go to a "new Level" after x posts but after they have Been logged in x minutes instead..
Could anyone help me to make such changes in my smf system??

I hope you understand what i mean..
