Creating forum rules

I was wondering if their was a set standard of rules that I could copy to add to my site rules. I figure I could alter them a little to fit my site. I have never run my own board before and I don't have the time right now to come up with my own rules from scratch.

Your rules should be unique to your community. We don't even know what your community is about so it's impossible for us to come up with some samples for you.

Ours are http://www.redandwhitekop.com/forum/index.php/topic,28763.0.html but they are probably unsuitable for any site other than the one they apply to.

My site is www.cooltechcentral.info It's an ecommerce site, It's geared toward anyone into anima, manga, illustration, video gamming, technology and movie making. Since it it is ecommerce and the people buying can be of any age range I want people to watch the language, sexual content, no spamming and no trolling basic stuff. I'm still working out the bugs.

3) Typographical errors
4) Errors of programming on any page even submitted scripts

2)Only website programming and things to do with website programming are allowed (excluding the General Forum which is for non programming posts)

3)The managment will ban your username and IP address and your ISP notified with no questions asked if you breach these rules!

You may request the information we hold about you at any time and we will email everything we know to you.

All codes and extracts of programming stated on this website are distributed under the GNU licence.

Any copyrights must remain intact if they are present.


Profile

1)Pornographic or any image deemed to be unsuitable will result in -1 Karma and romoval of the image (if you proceed to insert another, user and IP will be banned)

2)Signatures are to be Text only (no signature banners please) They should also be a moderate size (no giant text please)

3) The Administration retains the right to edit and/or delete any unsuitable information placed within a users profile.
