when converting poll votes I get this:
Duplicate entry '16777215-16777215-0' for key 1

I could delete this entry.
But how can I resume from that point?

I am using the CLI version (php5 -f convert.php -- $OPTIONS)

I'd say you should simply restart the conversion process. However, you might want to try making sure it doesn't happen again.
