I havent been able to replicate this either but this is what needs to happen (I think)
Unsync admin and test accounts
On both fb accounts go here http://www.facebook.com/editapps.php click the x to remove the application (dont worry you're not hurting anything)

Now...
Login and integrate your admin account to the appropriate fb account.
Use another browser or computer (otherwise make sure you completely log out of your admin account and the fb account associated with it)
Then...
Login to your test account and integrate your other fb account.
You should not have that issue anymore... if you do let us know.

(I havent tested this yet but I'm almost certain it will work)

Hope someone will be good enough to help me here as I've screwed up .
I have zero knowledge with forums (hence my mistake) so please bear with me

I wanted to update to the new version of so i uninstalled the package however it gave me this error

the code which was showing in the "replace area" showed this :
Code: [Select]
$groupLevels['global']['standard'] = array_merge($groupLevels['global']['restrict'], array(
'share_topic',
'manage_facebook',

replace

$groupLevels['global']['standard'] = array_merge($groupLevels['global']['restrict'], array(

$permissionList = array(
'membergroup' => array(
'share_topic' => array(false, 'facebookperm', 'facebookperm'),
'manage_facebook' => array(false, 'facebookperm', 'facebookperm'),
replace

$permissionList = array(
'membergroup' => array(

But like the idiot that i am  i chose to ignore it and pressed uninstall anyway (lesson learned on that !) and so now I am locked out of the forum  and i just get this error on the forum page:

I did go into the ./Sources/ManagePermissions.php file as shown in my first pic and edited the code to where it said to "replace" thinking that would fix it however it did not

So guys any suggestions or help would be great as I'm lost

Thank You

I apologize if this has already been answered, but my search and scan through this whole topic of 47 pages did not help.

am on SMF 2.0 RC3

Like many others, when I push the Facebook connect button, am taken to
/forums/index.php?action=facebook;sa=connect;step
and  I get the
Fatal error: Class 'Facebook' not found in /home/talkabo/public_html/forums/Sources/FB_Connect/FB_Connect_Subs.php on line 359

and I am NOT logged in to my forums with my facebook ID

I AM logged to Facebook, and I DID check that the fbc folder under my forums is chmod'ed 755 and all files within as 644, and that I am not using www in my domain name neither on my site nor in the facebook devpers appl.

I tried with both facebook ids, my regular and the one I created for this app. both failed to log-in.

I also checked that in the source page of my site, the path to fbc is correct
echo'<script src="path to fbc dir/fbc/fbconnect.js" type="text/javascript"></script>';

Any help ? anything I need to check ?

Can you please tell, what SMF version and any custom themes?

Please follow the steps here: http://www.sa-mods.info/index.php?topic=734.msg4837#msg4837 on how to set up the facebook developer app.
