Board index new post icon not accurate

When you click a board and go back, the new posts icon changes to a no new post icon when there is really new posts inside that board.. How do I change or fix that?

It's part of how it's designed, unfortunately. It's saying you've read the message index for that board.

I don't think it can be changed very easily, either.

Enders, this is by design as mentioned above. All new posts (unread ones) within that board should still have a new icon next to them though since they are unread. That board icon for new post will only show if there have been new posts in the board and the user have not visited the board by clicking on it.
