I don't know that mod. I always do this in my forums, quite time ago (only add a single line to the code).
Can you point me that mod?

Well, first release of Simple ImageShack was on May 27, 2005.

It's an (old) version of SIS that just puts the ImageShack.us iframe.php in the post.template.php

SIS do too much things for me, but is a great mod. I only use the ImageShack.us iframe on my forums. To avoid doing this in every post.template.php, and spare time, I package. And some time later I've submited to mod site. Only that.
If you have something against to the approval in mod site, ask to the Cust. Team.

Nope. That is on iframe from Imageshack.

Probably you need to adapt if taht mod edit the post.template.php. Although, if you have problems I surely can help you with the edits

I've added your mod to my forum, but I use a very dark theme. The "download imageshack toolbar" bit doesn't show hardly at all. I'm afraid no one will be able to tell what the upload window is for. Is there some way I could add a line of text right above it that says " upload images to imageshack"

It is a theme by crip, but I can't find it anymore in the theme site. I'm using SMF 1.1.11
