500 Internal Server Error when backing up

So whenever I try to backup my forum, I get a 500 Internal server error. When I was testing my forum before, it was fine, but now it isn't. I'm wondering if it's because I upgraded from 1.1.11 to 2.0 RC2?

If I were to do it from PHPMyAdmin, what settings would I choose? I would imagine it to be simple to Wordpress.

Yeah, I've just been working with it manually lately, however I'll check some of those suggestions for that error.

I'm not sure if any of those apply, however we'll see.
