Glad to hear it is now working.

What Labradoodle-360 meant was do not ask for support again and again within 24 hours as we start with the oldest topic first and than the newest once. If you push it up by updating the topic again and again asking for help (NOT with additional information), it will just push your topic further down the support line. Hence it is a good thing to wait for 24 hours until someone replies. If not then you should post in the question again as someone shall look into it by then.
