I was looking at a mod  a few days ago i have hunted high and low and cant find it now.

If any one knows the location of it can you pls reply with the link.

The mod  allowed you to have a fading news bar on smf 11.1.1

That's not a mod, it's a built in feature.

Check out the Current Theme tab in the Admin panel.
