I've gleaned the thread and these old eyes may have just missed it, but is there a link for manual upgrading?  I don't see it listed on with the others on the Upgrades page.

:)
My apologies, but I am taking a break from accepting PM requests for support.  If I am not currently assisting you, please do not ask as long as this notice is posted.  Thank you.

If by manual upgrading, you mean a list of all the changes... no, and there never has been. Generally with RC changes it's just quickest to replace all the files with the Large Upgrade package.

If you're going from 1.1.x to 2.0 you have to do that anyway since virtually every mod and every theme will require reworking.

If you are masochistic and really want to try and remember to make all the edits yourself, download the install packages for RC2 and RC3. Extract them into parallel directories. Once done, run Meld, WinMerge, or plain diff against the directories to get a list of all the changes.

I'm not even masochistic enough to do that. Though the idea of writing something to auto package it could be interesting if I were less busy and more bored.

Thanks, Arantor and Motoko-chan.   :)

No, I simply wasn't thinking; I get a bit dull this time of evening.  I've manually upgraded throughout the 1.x series but I do remember, now, when 2.x was first introduced, I did a clean install on my test board.

I'll just go at it the sane man's way.   ;)

Upgraded a couple of small forums already and everything went smoothly.

Thanks for finally releasing this version.
