karma error

after removing "advance reputation system" mod on my site, i have this error when adding karma another user

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare modifykarma() (previously declared in /home/b4k4b0n/public_html/satutigapuluh.info/forum/Sources/Karma.php:203) in /home/b4k4b0n/public_html/satutigapuluh.info/forum/Sources/Karma.php on line 687

pliss help me, and if i can, how i make my site become steril from any mods without reinstall smf and make my site system like first install.

Sorry for the delayed response, did the uninstallation go successfully? As in no tests failed? And did you uninstall or just just delete the mod from your packages page?
