Step-By-Step Mambo, SMF, Bridge, Community Builder?

Is there a step-by-step on how to make this happen, or how to *attempt* to make it happen? This is what I've done so far:

1. SMF installed (with live data)
2. Mambo installed
3. Bridge installed and working fine for some time
4. Install Community Builder

I'm guessing I need to run a user sync and that patch somebody posted recently on how to make it work properly. Is there a way to dump SMF profile data to the Community Builder profile and then redirect all profile queries to CB?? I've had difficult pulling the mambo userid from within SMF (for example, when I want to refer to their mamblog entries on their SMF profile I can't make that work).

Any ideas?
