Template Parse Error!

when I upload to ftp 2 translated language files: aeva.slovak-utf8.php and Modification.slovak-utf8.php, after that I cleaned the cache in ACP, and when I logged out, I got the error

Template Parse Error!

i have installed only 2 mods, first post on every page and aeva 1.1a.
