Modification of navigation bar and boards.

Hello people I want to clean up my entire link tree leaving behind only my boards and categories as this guy has done exactly .... I use smf 2.0 RC3 Default. Please which code can about tweak it. Thanks

Boards is just the name of the category in question. But that's not cleaned up, that's just how it comes out of the box.
