SMF 2.0RC3 Error after Installing New THEME & Mod

Please give information about Error from my Server such as below after installing new theme or other Mod.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare template_thank_you_post() (previously declared in /home/optisnet/public_html/smf2/Sources/Load.php(2379) : eval()'d code:527) in /home/optisnet/public_html/smf2/Sources/Load.php(2379) : eval()'d code on line 613

How to solve the problem, without installing new SMF 2.0RC3 ?

the error says that a funtion is defined in load.php on line 2379 and somewhere later it is defined again.
maybe search your forums files for the string "function template_thank_you_post("

this would search for the functions declaration. if you find more than one, thats where you should start.
