I'm getting this error message (An error has occured) while creating new user account. Just this, type account information and click Agree.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Are you using the default SMF theme? if not, try changing to that theme and see if the error occurs again.

If you are, can you take a screen shot and post it here.
