SMF Outside Access issues

The following occurs with both SMF 1.1.11 and 2.0RC3, so I'm not sure where the problem is.
I have installed both versions on my home webserver on a dial-up connection.
Accessing the forums via Localhost and LAN has no issues, but from the outside, none of the images or colorings load, so it seems like a Stylesheet problem. I am able to load very large images via HTML code, so it is not a server timeout issue (i have the timeout and keep-alive timeout set to 20 minutes each for debug purposes)
I am using WAMP server which includes Apache, MySQL, and PHP (latest versions of each) on Windows XP.

at the bottom of the status page there are links for both versions of SMF

From that, I'd say that your paths are wrong. Images, themes, that kinda thing.


I'm wondering if running this would sort that.

that worked...i didnt even think about the fact that I installed the forums via localhost, which screwed up all the directories...thank you very much for the help
