Some help and questions, please!

Good Morning everyone!
I am new here and have a few newbie questions...
Here is my forum, and am using 2.0 RC3

There are a few things I wanna move around but for the life of me cant figure where or how.

At the top under my banner is my menu bar, I would like to put "Hello username" but not all the other info AND keep the menu bar as is.

Also in between admin and profile on the menu bar is blank, why is that?

I also would like to get rid of the feather and book that shows and put a row of 150x150 banners there.

And then at the bottom, the forum status, I would like to have that at the top somewhere under the menu bar but CENTERED.

I guess that is all my help I need, if someone could kindly help me it would be appriciated. I have read and read but cant seem to find the answers I need.
