Member not receiving email notices

Howdy, I have one member who is not receiving email notices for replies to their posts, he is also not getting newsletters.
I have verified that his email address is correct and works. I sent him an email from my personal hotmail and he got it.
I checked his forum notification settings, and they are good.
It is not being tagged as junk or spam on his end.
I have hundreds of members, and this is the first and only occurrence that I know of.
His email ends in [email protected]
Is is possible that my host is not sending it?
Any suggestions are appreciated, cheers!

Your host, or pdt.net is probably blocking emails being sent to that address, or that email provider considers your host's IP spam.

Is your personal email from your host, or is it something like gmail, or aol? Is the email address that is supposed to be sending the email from your host or again, a personal email address?
