Members who have not activated their accounts

Hey,

What do you guys usually do with members who have not activated their accounts using the email verification upon registration? I think I have about 60-70 such members. I also checked for duplicates, but found none.

Does anyone bother sending out a reminder to activate their account?

If you delete such members, how long do you usually wait before doing so?

I usually send them a reminder email and it gets about 20% to go ahead and activate... Then I send another one about 2 weeks later. If they still havent activated, I delete them.
