Button Hover color & Text Size

Where do i change the Button Hover color, like when i hover over 'add poll' 'notify' etc

Its just a global image.... The image takes care all hovers throughout the forum buttons.

Not sure.  I havent explored Curve much.   I would think in the index.css may be found.
