No see post UFT-8

Hello: Due to a mistake of plots in defuld theme of my forum I was under the obligation to raise new folders.

Currently I have the updated 2.0rc3 vercion from the small upgrade from 2.0rc2. to upload folders with me if I lost my DB post. entral had understood that keeping the area converted to the UFT-8 and therefore the problem must be fixed at least when I did the upgrade worked .. on this occasion the new folder up from 2.rc3 vercion gives me error when converting from the panel Querel keeping the forum and the following errror.
