Facebook Connect : threatens and opportunities

Hi dear SMF Mates,

I'm looking for feedbacks regarding Facebook Connect integration with SMF.

Opportunities :
- First, have you actualy noted more activity on your forum (more posted messages per visits...) ?
- Have you noted an increase of your traffic, and especially from regular users ? Since it's easier to connect, to participate, and since there is more activity, I guess users come back more often ?

Threatens :
- Do you have to face more spam ?
- Is the evolution of your registered members slowing down (what's the use to register now) ?
- Does it create technical bugs ? Worse, security issues ? Especially, in my case, I use SSI.php to manage members connexions throughout the whole portal. Even out of the forum section, some actions are allowed only to connected members (depending on the $context[user] array values).  No problem with that ?
