How do I create an Disclaimer upon registration?

I have a site called Canadiankayakanglers.com I am super new at all this and have had help up until now with this. Now Im left to fend for myself. I need to add a disclaimer thing that pops up when the user signs on as a member. I dont know where I am to get this added or what to do? Is there anyone that can help me? Are there people out there to be hired for doing this kind of thing? Please contact me. Thanks

It's actually there if you try and register.

Go to Admin > Registration > Registration Agreement, it's all in there.

Removed poll as it isn't relevant. User agreements should be enabled by default also. But as Arantor pointed out, you can change what it says in there and change other things such as minimum age and stuff.
