after download -> folders missing

i keep getting the message "A critical error has occurred.

This installer was unable to find the installer's language file or files. They should be found under:
/Themes/default/languages ............."

i know this has to do with missing folders while uploading.

BUT: when i open the .zip file after downloading it doesnt even have any foldes in itself?!

ahh...crap, i just found out the problem

stupid "peazip" didnt extract my folders ^^
