Upgrading From Smf 2.0 RC1.2 to Smf 2.0 RC3

I can't seem to find out how to upgrade from Smf 2.0 RC1.2 to Smf 2.0 RC3. If someone could please tell me how to do this or direct me to a link that explains how to do this, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
