Order categories and forums

I have a smal problem this problem is happening to all forums that i have.

Since a some time the main page of the forum is tearing apart,i mean the orders of the categories and the boards. If a enter at Admin/Forum/Boards their orders are right.

I'm using SMF 2.0 RC 3 for quite a time but i never had any problmes.
I also have a forum version 1.1.11 and still the same problem.

I enter at Forum Maintenance and I click to repair all and still nothing happend.
What is the problem?
