Warning 5 minutes before logoff automatic

Is it possible to send a warning five minutes before when you logoff automatically when the time comes at 60 minutes?

because when I write long post and I want to preview forum asks me login and password and when I put my user the forum have deleted my message. This happened to me five times T.T
