Unable to start SMF 2 RC3

Hi All,
        I upgraded from SMF1 to 2 and now when I go to forum I get the following message......."Unable to load the 'main_above' template"

When I finished the upgrade I was logged in as admin and wanted to check what was visible as a guest as not all boards should be visible to non members.
I logged out and then when I went back to forum I got this message. I have tried re-uploading files and re- upgrading but no avail, can anyone help me here please.

You can login using the default theme:
http://www.voronaaviation.com/forum/index.php?theme=1

The theme you were using while upgrading is not complatible with RC3. Best to reset everyone to the default theme or find a custom theme compatibel with RC3. 1.1.x themes will not work with RC3.
