My site has about 3,000 members.
There are 3 admins, but I am the most active the others are there just to improve the forum in terms of custom made scripts and stuff like that. There is 1 global moderator who doesn't do much except post topics and replies a lot

Besides me, i have 2 other admins ( i made them admins a year after they signed up) since they post a lot and we grew a friendship and trust since.  They also instructed not to mess with any part of the admin section.  Theyre just admins as power holders.

I also have 2 global mods,  they take all the complaints, move topics, warn, etc. ( they both trusty people).

2 Writers,  they write articles, etc.
1 marketer to take care our myspace, facebook and twitter pages.


Me as owner and main admin, i dont do much.   Well, i have the final say.

I'm the only admin on my forums with a bunch of moderators to keep the forum tight.
