I am guessing you are trying to install a language? Maybe you should try reuploading the language file with a fresh copy.

Yes, i'm trying to install language by webinstaller, when i'm installing the forum

May I know what version of SMF are you using ?

Have you considered installing it manually through FTP and phpmyadmin? Or Cpanel, if you have?

@ LOFTDR - were you able to complete this install?  Sometime Webinstall doesn't work as is plainly stated on the download site.  In those cases, it's best to install manually and it doesn't take much more time, just a few more steps.  Take a look at the link in my signature for the steps to follow.
