Database Error

i just set up a new forum(first time using 2.0),installed it,created 12 different members, added categories,installed tons of mods,then signed out and loged in as another member to post my first post
and i got this error clicking post button

Database Error
Please try again. If you come back to this error screen, report the error to an administrator.

whats the problem  ? i started all this 4 hrs ago and i'm tired and pissed off now,the only kind of backup i made was compressing and zipping my forum folder,and dat was immediately before i logout to logback in and post

i just logged in as admin and tried posting i got the database error but as

Table 'teensonl_daked.smf_related_subjects' doesn't exist
File: /home/teensonl/public_html/naijamasters.com/Sources/Subs-RelatedFulltext.php

will i need to edit the Subs-RelatedFulltext.php file (line 116)

The file File: /home/teensonl/public_html/naijamasters.com/Sources/Subs-RelatedFulltext.php is not a part of the default SMF forum, so it is part of a MOD. When I have to make a guess I think it's part of the "Related Topics" MOD.

Try uninstall this MOD and look what happens then.

it installed well but now uninstall gives me this error

      1.    Replace    ./Sources/Admin.php    Test failed
      2.    Replace    ./Sources/Admin.php    Test successful

i still uninstalled like that and i think every thing is o.k atleast i can now post
