help with installing my theme

Ok so this is my forum

I had everything up and working. I decided to change the theme, i t was installed correctly but as soon as i changed the new theme to the default one everything went screwy. I can now not see my admin menu and mone of the forums or any of the data comes up. please help me. I will look here for replies but you can also contace me by email [email protected]
